Body

Body is a 1974 Carrera chassis number 9114400273. New glass hood, rear lid with 3.2 spoiler, front fenders as well as front and rear bumpers IROC style. Interior is stripped with RS style door panels and bolt in roll bar. Comes equipped with Sparco race seats and new 5/6 point harnesses. Momo steering wheel with Smart Racing quick disconnect.
Car weighs just 2050 lbs wet.
Engine 2.7 liter on a 7R case that has been shuffle pined, has had case savers installed and has been dressed and align bored to standard size. Crank is std/std with new Carrillo rods all new bearings chains, rails etc. Mahle high compression sport pistons 9.8:1.
Cylinder heads have been ported to 38mm and are equipped with sport valve springs and titanium retainers. Cams are Webcam 171i/149e. New PMO carbs 40mm. New power clutch kit on light weight flywheel RSR.. New rocker arms with race seals on rocker arms shafts. Race header system ceramic coated flowing into Fowmaster muffler Tremblant legal.. Race ware head stud kit to tie it all together. Ignition system RS distributor with pertronix update.
Transmission 915 transmission with 7:31 ring and pinion on Turbo limited slip. Late 915 4th and 5th gears. Wevo engine and transmission mounts. Axels are 930 with 930 output flanges and C/V joints. Shift mechanism updated with Factory short shift kit
Brakes Dual SCRS master cylinder system with remote balance adjustment, Rear brakes are 3.2 carrera while fronts are 930 with Coleman Rotors on aluminum hats, Pads are Kool Kevlar Front and rear.
Suspension Completely new RSR front and rear Bilstein coil over shocks. All bushing in the A arms and rear torsion bars have been updated to Elephant racing Poly Bronze. Rear torsion bars are 30mm hollow. Front and rear sway bars are Elephant racing Hollow bars. Bar joints are decambered, tie rod ends are adjustable for bump steer, upper front monoball kits with aluminum tie bars is Smart racing. Inner ends of the trailing arms have been converted to monoballs and the spring plates are adjustable
Accessories New Fuel safe fuel cell. Oddesy battery conversion in smuggler box. Currently rides on 7and 8 X 15 Fuchs wheels although can be equipped with BBS RS wheels 7&8 X15. Factory oil cooling system upgraded with RX7 oil cooler in center of front air dam. Electrical system upgraded to safety kill switch.
